Work Environment

This full-time position operates on an onsite basis, primarily within the home care setting. Our practice atmosphere is warm and motivating, designed to empower both therapists and patients. You will work Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, allowing for a work-life balance that enhances job satisfaction. Key Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist at Rethink Counseling Center, you will:

• Perform assessments of patients, establishing personalized treatment goals and programs reflective of their unique needs.
• Deliver comprehensive, goal-directed physical therapy services aimed at optimizing each patient's recovery.
• Collaborate effectively with other healthcare practitioners, ensuring coordination of care and continuity of treatment.
• Document patient progress meticulously, adhering to all regulatory requirements and company policies.
• Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding treatment plans and wellness strategies.
• Uphold ethical practice standards in accordance with the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) Code of Ethics and the New Jersey State Practice Act.
• Participate in case discussions and team meetings to continually improve service delivery and patient outcomes.
• Engage in ongoing professional development to enhance clinical skills and capabilities.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The primary patient population consists of diverse individuals, including pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients with a variety of orthopedic and mobility issues. Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
