Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will be entrusted with a variety of critical responsibilities, including:

• Providing individualized therapy sessions, including individual, family, and group therapy, utilizing evidence-based practices that meet the unique needs of each client.

• Conducting thorough client assessments to identify mental health needs and developing personalized treatment plans tailored to facilitate recovery and improvement.

• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals in interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care, discussing treatment progress, and adapting strategies as necessary.

• Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of therapy sessions, client progress, and treatment interventions, in compliance with legal, ethical, and organizational guidelines.

• Continuously updating your knowledge of current research, emerging trends, and best practices in mental health counseling to enhance the support offered to clients.

You will work with a diverse clientele, spanning various demographics and backgrounds, facing a wide range of mental health concerns. Your expertise will be invaluable in helping clients navigate challenges such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and trauma. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Active state licensure as an LMFT, LMHC, LICSW, or equivalent, allowing you to practice independently.

• Proven experience working effectively with diverse populations and in addressing a variety of mental health concerns.

• Experience with telehealth services and familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems.

Compensation and Benefits\n
