Key Responsibilities\n

• Develop individualized treatment plans based on best practices and the specific needs of each client, ensuring adherence to industry standards.

• Provide various therapeutic interventions, such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), brief therapy, and behavior modification techniques to effectively address client issues.

• Collaborate with psychiatric providers to create comprehensive treatment plans and ensure a holistic approach to client care.

• Conduct weekly live video therapy sessions, offering real-time support to adults experiencing an array of emotional and psychological disorders.

• Utilize automated symptom self-assessments to evaluate client progress, adjusting treatment plans as required to meet therapeutic goals.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation through our innovative therapist portal, which enhances your efficiency in record-keeping.

• Engage in regular consultations with our Therapy Leadership Team to discuss cases, receive feedback, and enhance your therapeutic skills.

• Formulate mental health diagnoses in accordance with the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders V (DSM V) standards.

Qualifications\n
