Key Responsibilities\n

As a Mental Health Therapist at Belfry Counseling Center, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough psychosocial assessments for clients of all ages, including initial evaluations and ongoing assessments to monitor treatment progress.

• Developing individualized treatment plans that address the diverse mental health needs of your clients, integrating various therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).

• Participating in interdisciplinary team meetings and patient rounds to collaborate with fellow clinicians, case managers, and community resources to optimize patient care.

• Providing case management services, which involves coordinating with other healthcare professionals and referring clients to community resources when necessary to ensure comprehensive care.

• Maintaining ethical documentation practices that adhere to departmental standards and contribute to effective treatment planning.

• Utilizing evidence-based practices in therapy sessions, continuously assessing and adapting interventions to meet the evolving needs of your clients.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• Current licensure as an LMFT (Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist), LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker), or LPCC (Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor) in the state of California.

• A minimum of 2 years clinical experience in a mental health setting, demonstrating proficiency in therapeutic assessments and interventions.

• Ability and willingness to work 10 to 40 hours per week, accommodating flexible scheduling needs.

Compensation and Benefits\n
