Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individualized, family, and group therapy sessions to clients, employing a variety of therapeutic techniques tailored to their needs.

• Conduct thorough initial and ongoing assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health statuses and treatment progress.

• Develop customized treatment plans based on assessment results and collaborate with clients to establish achievable therapeutic goals.

• Actively engage in multi-disciplinary team meetings, contributing insights and recommendations that enhance the overall treatment strategies.

• Oversee and provide supervision to Associate Clinical Social Workers, Associate Marriage and Family Therapists, and Associate Professional Clinical Counselors, fostering their professional growth.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

We specifically focus on individuals who are managing substance use disorders alongside co-occurring mental health issues. Your expertise will directly contribute to the recovery and resilience of clients in our community, many of whom come from diverse socioeconomic backgrounds and face various life challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.
\n
• Current, valid license in good standing with the Board of Behavioral Science as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC).

• Minimum of three years of experience working in a clinical setting, specifically in delivering mental health services.

Preferred Experience\n

• Two years of post-licensure experience specializing in mood disorders is strongly preferred.

• Proficient in evidence-based treatment modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Demonstrated knowledge of psychopharmacology and the ability to partner effectively with psychiatrists and other medical professionals.

• A strong track record of achieving successful client outcomes while treating mood disorders.

• Excellent communication skills to effectively connect with diverse populations and foster a therapeutic alliance.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 115,000 to 130,000, reflecting your experience and expertise.
