Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to understand clients' backgrounds, including their family dynamics, and facilitate linkages to appropriate community-based services.

• Utilize effective crisis intervention strategies within a fast-paced environment, demonstrating knowledge in areas such as substance abuse, domestic violence, trauma, and mental health disorders.

• Educate and collaborate with other team members to provide insight on clients’ psychosocial needs, ensuring a comprehensive approach to treatment that promotes positive outcomes for families.

• Maintain meticulous clinical documentation, including patient medical records, psychological histories, treatment plans, and prescribed therapies, to comply with regulatory standards and enhance continuity of care.

• Engage in regular case reviews and clinical supervision to support professional development and quality of care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Remote Mental Health Counselor, you'll work with a diverse group of clients, including families in crisis, individuals coping with mental health challenges, and at-risk youth. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a closely related field from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Psychologist in the state of California.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from $110,000 to $130,000, commensurate with experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
