Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to gain a deep understanding of clients' mental health needs and to construct tailored treatment plans.

• Deliver individual therapy sessions utilizing interactive and evidence-based modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), catered specifically to each client's unique situation.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will focus primarily on providing support to adolescents and young adults grappling with a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relational issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is required.

• Must hold an active state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC).

• A minimum of 2 years of experience providing therapeutic interventions using evidence-based practices.
