Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver tailored therapeutic services including individual, couples, family, and group therapy sessions, addressing the unique needs of each client.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify clients' strengths, challenges, and personal goals, facilitating personalized treatment plans.

• Create and implement evidence-based treatment strategies that reflect best practices in mental health care and adapt based on client progress.

• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams and community partners to ensure holistic, coordinated care for all clients.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all client interactions, treatment interventions, and progress notes in compliance with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.

• Active state licensure as LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in Oregon.

• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in mental health or clinical settings.

• Proficient in making professional evaluations, recommendations, and treatment planning tailored to individual client needs.

Compensation and Benefits\n
