Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This position will primarily focus on providing mental health support to a diverse clientele experiencing various challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma-related conditions, and other mental health disorders. Counselors will play a critical role in understanding each patient’s background, cultural context, and personal story, delivering treatment that respects and honors their individual journeys.

Qualifications\n

  A Master’s degree or Doctorate in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy (MFT), Art Therapy, or Psychology.

  Possession of a current and valid license (such as LCMFT, LMFT, LCPC, or LCSW-C) from the state of Maryland.

  Exceptional interpersonal skills and proficiency in both written and verbal communications are essential.
