Business Analyst

We are looking for a Business Analyst who can identify business needs, gather and define requirements, and translate them into effective solutions. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with solid stakeholder management skills, experience in process improvement, and the ability to support business change initiatives. A proactive mindset, analytical thinking, and collaboration with project and testing teams are key to success in this role. . What you will do Gather, analyze, and manage business, functional, and non-functional requirements. Lead workshops and stakeholder sessions to identify business needs and define solutions. Analyze and design integration processes, interfaces, and data flows between systems. Translate business requirements into clear technical specifications and analytical documentation. Define project scope, support delivery teams, and manage requirements throughout their lifecycle. Work closely with developers, testers, architects, and product teams to ensure successful solution implementation. Support decision-making through data-driven analysis and recommendations. Coordinate multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously What we are looking for 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in complex IT environments. Advanced knowledge of Business Analysis techniques, requirements engineering, and process modeling. Experience in collecting, documenting, and managing functional and non-functional requirements. Practical experience in eliciting requirements through workshops, interviews, and stakeholder collaboration. Strong knowledge of analytical artifacts, including process maps, use cases, user stories, business rules, decision tables, and data models. Ability to analyze complex problems and propose effective solutions. Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum) with understanding of Waterfall methodology. Ability to manage stakeholders and communicate effectively across business and technical teams. Experience leading several projects or workstreams simultaneously. Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills. Ability to work independently and coordinate the work of others when required. English proficiency at C1 level or higher .
