Key Responsibilities\n

As an LCSW with Counsel Care, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough clinical assessments to understand the unique mental health needs of each patient.

• Developing individualized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Delivering effective psychotherapy to individuals coping with a variety of concerns, ranging from anxiety and depression to social challenges and trauma.

• Maintaining meticulous clinical records that comply with HIPAA regulations, ensuring patient confidentiality and data security.

• Collaborating closely with a multifaceted treatment team consisting of psychiatrists, psychologists, and educational staff to provide integrated care.

• Engaging in regular peer consultation and supervision to uphold high standards of clinical practice and promote ongoing professional development.

• Educating patients and families about mental health topics including coping strategies, available resources, and treatment options.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily serve children and adolescents within a school setting, addressing their mental health needs through compassionate and tailored interventions. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program.

• A valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the State of Nevada.
