Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients to assess their needs and develop tailored treatment plans.
• Utilize a range of therapeutic methods, including exercise regimens, stretching techniques, manual therapy, and specialized equipment to alleviate pain and aid rehabilitation.
• Document treatment interventions, patient responses, and progress meticulously to ensure continuity of care.
• Regularly re-evaluate and adjust therapeutic goals, ensuring treatment plans remain effective and relevant based on patient progress.
• Recommend and assist in fitting patients for necessary assistive devices to support their self-care and mobility.
• Educate patients, their families, and caregiver teams on the effective use of assistive modalities and physical therapy practices.
• Engage in professional development activities, such as attending workshops and contributing to professional organizations, to maintain high standards of practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Physical Therapist at Viability, you will work with a varied patient population, including children and adults who have undergone surgical procedures, experienced trauma, or are managing chronic health conditions. Qualifications

• A Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.
