Pair Team is seeking a Bilingual Community Engagement Specialist to engage and enroll individuals into Enhanced Care Management. This full-time role is remote with PST hours and weekend work required, Thursday through Monday with Tue/Wed off. Training weeks are M-F 9am-5:30pm. You will connect with people facing complex health needs using phone, text and email and in-person at partner sites. You will educate partners on services, build trust, and drive enrollment while coordinating with clinics #J-18808-Ljbffr Doist
