Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse clientele facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and more. Qualifications\n

• An active and independent license as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Proven experience in delivering mental health counseling, with a minimum of two years of relevant practice.

• Strong communication skills that facilitate rapport-building and therapeutic relationships with clients.

• Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities for accurate and timely documentation in accordance with HIPAA regulations.

Preferred Experience\n

While the basic qualifications include two years of mental health counseling experience, preferred candidates will have experience using telehealth platforms and engaging clients remotely. Experience with diverse populations and bilingual ability are also highly valued in this role.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Compensation is competitive, with a salary range of $80,000 to $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and credentials.
