In this remote work setting, you will be able to create your own comfortable therapy space while utilizing secure systems for client appointments and counseling sessions. The work schedule is generally Monday through Friday, from 9 am to 5 pm, with some flexibility required for occasional evening or weekend appointments to better serve our clients. Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Thrive & Bloom Counseling, you will be entrusted with a variety of responsibilities that are crucial to the success and well-being of our clients. Your day-to-day activities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments to understand each client’s unique mental health needs and challenges.

• Designing and implementing evidence-based treatment plans aligned with the personal goals and circumstances of clients.

• Providing individual, couples, and group counseling, utilizing appropriate therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and more.

• Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive, coordinated care that addresses the diverse needs of clients.

• Maintaining accurate and confidential client records in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

Qualifications\n
