Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health evaluations, including thorough assessments of patients' backgrounds, criminal history, and substance use.

• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans based on established clinical guidelines and collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary care teams.

• Document patient interactions meticulously in electronic medical records, monitor client progress, and adhere strictly to ethical standards and reporting mandates.

• Facilitate therapy sessions that offer supportive counseling and psychoeducation to individuals, particularly focusing on mothers and other target demographics.

• Provide on-call crisis intervention, including emergency consultations, when necessary, to ensure immediate support for clients in distress.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be working with mothers as clients, providing them with therapeutic support tailored to their unique experiences and challenges. You will also work with individuals from diverse backgrounds who may face barriers to accessing quality mental health care. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree or doctorate in clinical psychology, counseling, or social work from an accredited institution (e.g., MSW, MA, MFT, PsyD).
