Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to evaluate the mental health and treatment needs of clients. Utilize standardized assessment tools and personalized interviews to determine acuity and treatment strategies.

• Develop individualized, family-centered treatment plans that are culturally relevant and sensitive to each client’s unique needs, ensuring they align with our evidence-based approach.

• Provide a range of outpatient services, including individual and family counseling, while employing trauma-informed practices to foster a safe and supportive therapeutic environment.

• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care and enhance the continuity of services, attending regular team meetings to discuss cases and share insights.

• Accurately complete clinical documentation, including client assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes in accordance with program requirements, while ensuring timely submission and compliance with standards.

• Maintain updated and detailed case files, utilizing electronic health record systems to manage documentation efficiently and uphold confidentiality.

• Manage a designated caseload of clients based on programmatic needs, monitoring their progress and adapting treatment plans as necessary.

• Provide crisis intervention as needed, utilizing established protocols to support clients in acute situations.

Qualifications\n

• Education: A Master’s degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or a related field, along with a valid and active clinical license in California (LMFT, LPCC, LCSW). Licensing requiring supervision will not be accepted.

• Attendance: Reliable attendance is essential. You must maintain a regular work schedule as determined by the organization.

• Licensure: Candidates must have one of the specified licenses necessary for practice in California.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

Easy Way Psychological Services offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $115,000 to $130,000.
