Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as a Licensed Professional Counselor, you will:

• Facilitate Group Therapy: Lead engaging group sessions, fostering a safe environment for clients to share their personal experiences and learn from each other.

• Provide Individual Therapy: Deliver personalized counseling, helping clients to navigate their emotions, develop coping mechanisms, and create actionable plans for their growth.

• Develop Treatment Plans: Collaborate with clients to craft individualized, goal-oriented treatment plans tailored to their specific needs, addressing issues such as anxiety, depression, and relationship struggles.

• Monitor Progress: Utilize various assessment tools to track client progress, adapting strategies as needed based on feedback and outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, you must have:
