Key Responsibilities\n

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on each client's unique needs and therapeutic goals.

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and screenings, utilizing evidence-based practices to determine diagnosis and develop appropriate interventions.

• Monitor and evaluate client progress throughout the treatment process, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans as required.

• Engage in regular collaboration with other healthcare professionals, ensuring comprehensive and holistic care for clients.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and treatment progress using our electronic health record system.

• Participate in interdisciplinary case conferences to discuss client care strategies and optimize treatment approaches.

• Attend professional development workshops and training sessions to enhance counseling skills and adhere to licensing requirements.

• Perform additional duties as assigned to support overall clinic operations and patient needs.

In this role, you will primarily serve a diverse patient population, including individuals dealing with mild traumatic brain injuries, anxiety disorders, depression, and various other mental health challenges. The client demographic includes adults, adolescents, and their families, each seeking support and guidance to improve their mental health outcomes. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or Doctoral degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field.

• Active state licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Oregon.

• Demonstrated knowledge and skills in treating clients with mild traumatic brain injuries and other mental health disorders.

Compensation and Benefits\n
