Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs, establishing a clear understanding of their concerns and therapeutic goals.

• Deliver evidence-based individual therapy sessions using various therapeutic modalities tailored to the unique needs of each client.

• Provide virtual therapy utilizing telehealth technology, ensuring accessibility and convenience for all clients.

• Administer crisis intervention when necessary, employing skills to stabilize urgent situations and connect clients to appropriate resources.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and current professional license in one of the following areas: LMFT (Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist), LPCC (Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor), LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, conducive to fostering therapeutic relationships.

• Empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental approach towards clients and their experiences.
\n
• Organizational and time management proficiency, enabling efficient case management.
\n
• No history of disciplinary actions on licensure board.
\n
