Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed assessments and evaluations to ascertain clients' mental health conditions, followed by the development of personalized treatment plans.

• Utilize secure and HIPAA-compliant telehealth platforms to conduct therapy sessions, ensuring that services are both effective and confidential.

• Collaborate closely with clients to establish realistic therapeutic goals and provide ongoing support, adapting treatment approaches as necessary based on client feedback and progress.

• Employ a diverse range of therapeutic methods—such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques—to cater to varying client needs.

• Maintain comprehensive, accurate documentation of all interactions, treatments provided, and client progress, ensuring that records are up-to-date and comply with legal and ethical standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• Possession of a current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) .

• A minimum of a Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Strong engagement skills that enable effective communication and rapport-building with clients in a virtual setting.

• Empathy and a solid understanding of mental health issues to foster a therapeutic alliance and support clients through their challenges.

• Effective organizational and time-management skills to schedule sessions efficiently and maintain accurate session notes.

Preferred Experience\n
