Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments of children participating in our Early Intervention (EI) programs, ensuring accurate and timely identification of needs.

• Participate actively in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs), tailoring strategies to meet the unique needs of each child.
\n
• Monitor and document outcomes in collaboration with interdisciplinary team members, ensuring that interventions are effective and responsive to individual needs.
\n
• Provide crucial support to families, equipping them with skills and resources to enhance their child's development in alignment with IFSP objectives.
\n
• Employ evidence-based practices and Natural Learning Environment strategies during sessions to promote meaningful learning experiences.
\n
• Develop rapport with children and families, fostering an environment that is conducive to both learning and emotional growth.
\n
• Adhere to federal and state regulations in all aspects of your practice, ensuring compliance and maintaining high-quality standards of care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This position focuses on children aged birth to three years, particularly those diagnosed with disabilities or developmental delays. The work involves close collaboration with families to maximize early developmental milestones across physical, cognitive, social/emotional, and communication domains. This position not only addresses immediate developmental concerns but also lays a groundwork for lifelong learning and adaptation for children and their families.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree or Doctorate in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is mandatory.

• A valid driver’s license to facilitate any necessary fieldwork.
