Work Environment\n

As a fully remote position, this role allows for flexible working conditions, enabling you to deliver therapy and counseling from the comfort of your own home. Our practice operates Monday to Friday, from 8 AM to 5 PM, fostering a healthy work-life balance while prioritizing excellent patient care through telehealth solutions.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a defined caseload of clients, building rapport and establishing trust while adhering to professional ethics and boundaries.

• Conduct regular client meetings to assess their progress, discuss any challenges they may face, and plan for future appointments, including transitions and discharges when appropriate.
\n
• Develop, implement, and regularly monitor individualized treatment plans that prioritize the unique needs and goals of each client.
\n
• Maintain detailed and up-to-date documentation, including progress notes, treatment plans, and communication records, to ensure effective continuity of care.
\n
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, engaging in case discussions, as well as participating in continuous learning and development opportunities.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will involve working with a diverse range of clients, providing psychotherapy services that address various mental health challenges. This may include anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, and emotional disturbances. Your efforts will not only aim to improve individual mental health outcomes but also contribute positively to their family dynamics and community relationships.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in mental health counseling or a related field.
\n
• Active, unrestricted, and independent Texas Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).
\n
• Minimum of one year of post-graduate experience in a clinical outpatient setting, demonstrating effectiveness in delivering psychological services.

• Proficient in using technology, including MS Office (Excel, Outlook) and specialized client management systems, to facilitate therapy and administrative tasks.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience providing direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families is highly desirable.

• Familiarity with telehealth methodologies and best practices for virtual counseling sessions.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 75,000 to 90,000 annually , depending on qualifications and experience.
