Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments with clients to evaluate their mental health status and develop individualized treatment plans based on their needs.

• Provide ongoing therapy and support, adapting strategies as necessary to ensure effective treatment outcomes.

• Utilize group therapy sessions as a means of fostering community and support among clients, while also providing individual sessions to address personal challenges.

• Regularly document client progress using electronic health record (EHR) systems, ensuring all interactions comply with legal and ethical standards.

• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals, to coordinate comprehensive care for clients.

• Utilize crisis intervention techniques to assist clients facing immediate emotional distress, ensuring safety and access to support.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your client base will be diverse, including individuals struggling with mood disorders, anxiety disorders, substance abuse concerns, and other psychological challenges. As a critical team member, you will be tasked with delivering culturally responsive care that acknowledges and respects each client’s unique background and preferences. Your ability to build rapport and trust with clients will significantly enhance their therapeutic experience and promote positive outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A valid and unrestricted license as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Texas.

• A minimum of four years of relevant clinical experience in a mental health setting.
\n
• Comprehensive knowledge of various mental health disorders and familiarity with evidence-based treatment modalities.

• Proven ability to conduct both individual and group therapy effectively, utilizing culturally informed approaches.

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a proven ability to connect with a diverse range of clients.

• Strong computer skills, particularly proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) and telehealth platforms.

• Commitment to maintaining high ethical standards and client confidentiality at all times.

• Ability to work collaboratively with a broad team of professionals towards shared goals.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 100,000 annually, dependent on experience and qualifications.
