Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to create individualized therapy plans tailored to each client’s needs.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions for individuals, families, couples, and groups utilizing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused short therapy.

• Maintain detailed and accurate clinical records in compliance with ethical, legal, and organizational standards.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic client care and comprehensive treatment plans.

• Engage in ongoing professional development and training sessions to stay abreast of the latest research and advancements in the mental health field.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be serving a diverse population that includes children, adolescents, adults, and families. Our clients often face a range of issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Current and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas.

• A minimum of two years of counseling experience, particularly within a clinical or telehealth context.

• Strong understanding of legal and ethical practices pertaining to mental health counseling.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to build rapport with a diverse clientele.

• A demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

• Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) systems and telehealth technologies.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 90,000 per year, commensurate with experience and workload. Additional benefits include:
