This is a full-time, remote position, allowing for a flexible schedule that respects work-life balance. Counselors have the option to work over 30 hours per week. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct virtual counseling sessions for clients, offering ethical, empathetic support and guidance through video calls.

• Perform thorough assessments on new and existing clients to understand their background and current mental health conditions, using standardized assessment tools.

• Craft personalized treatment plans that incorporate client's input and address their specific needs, tracking progress against therapeutic goals.
\n
• Utilize a variety of evidence-based therapeutic modalities to help clients enhance coping mechanisms, problem-solving abilities, and communication skills.

• Remain compliant with ethical standards and clinical protocols while documenting progress notes and treatment interventions (limited paperwork required).

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with stable, low-acuity adults who are seeking assistance with various mental health concerns, including stress management, anxiety, and relationship issues. The focus is on equipping clients with practical tools for self-regulation and resilience in their day-to-day lives.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
\n
• A valid state license as an LMFT, LPC, LCSW, or PsyD, which demonstrates your capability to practice independently without supervision.
\n
• No past or present disciplinary actions against your license.
\n
• Proficient interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, along with computer literacy to navigate telehealth platforms effectively.

• Access to a stable and reliable Wi-Fi connection to ensure consistent and quality client interactions.
\n

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in telehealth counseling is highly desirable, as our primary service delivery model is virtual.

• Prior experience working with adult populations in community health settings will be beneficial.

• Knowledge of diverse therapeutic techniques can be an asset, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused brief therapy (SFBT).
