Work Environment\n

This position is fully remote, allowing our therapists the flexibility to conduct sessions from the comfort of their homes while maintaining a balanced work-life dynamic. Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, your key responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough assessments to evaluate client needs and develop tailored treatment plans that align with individual goals and circumstances.

• Delivering therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other therapeutic modalities suited to client requirements.

• Maintaining up-to-date and precise client documentation, adhering to HIPAA regulations and organizational policies to ensure confidentiality and compliance.

• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and case managers, to provide comprehensive care to clients, sharing insights and strategies tailored to each client’s treatment journey.

• Engaging in regular professional development, including webinars and training sessions, to stay updated on the latest practices in mental health care and telehealth methodologies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse client population, including individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and other mental health challenges. The unique feature of our telehealth service model is that it bridges geographical gaps, allowing you to connect with clients from various backgrounds and demographics throughout California.

Qualifications\n

Necessary qualifications for this position include:

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Active licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in California.

• Proficiency with virtual therapy tools and platforms, demonstrating an understanding of best practices for delivering effective telehealth services.

Preferred Experience\n

While two years of experience as a mental health professional is required, candidates with previous experience in telehealth settings or those skilled in trauma-informed care will be strongly considered. Compensation and Benefits\n
