Key Responsibilities\n

• Maintain an active caseload of clients, fostering positive therapeutic relationships while adhering to professional ethics and boundaries.

• Conduct regular meetings with clients to evaluate their progress, stability, and readiness for discharge when appropriate, ensuring a thorough understanding of each individual’s journey.

• Develop, implement, and monitor person-centered treatment plans collaboratively with clients, adjusting approaches as needed for optimal outcomes.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client records and progress notes to ensure compliance and quality of care.

• Perform intake assessments to determine client needs and formulate treatment approaches tailored to their specific situations.

• Engage in a minimum of one individual session per week with clients, focusing on therapeutic strategies and interventions.

• Participate in regular supervision sessions aimed at professional growth, reflection, and skill enhancement.

• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare providers to create comprehensive care plans for clients.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field is required.

• Current, unrestricted state licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) is essential for this position.

• At least one year of post-graduate experience in a clinical outpatient setting is mandatory.

Preferred Experience\n

• Proven comfort and proficiency in using computer systems, including Excel spreadsheets, RMS systems, Outlook, and Pimsy.

• Demonstrated ability to provide direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families.

• Experience in conducting intake assessments, as well as formulating effective treatment plans based on these evaluations.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this full-time position is competitive, falling within the range of USD 75,000 to 90,000 annually. We operate under a Fee-for-Service model, ensuring guaranteed rates that are paid ahead of collections, eliminating the wait for reimbursement. Additional benefits include:
