This position is for our project an e-commerce store specializing in home decoration products like custom neon signs, business 3d sign and LED décor. We operate in the Australian, US, andGCCmarkets Who Should Apply? We seek strong closers and negotiators with experience in B2B/high-ticket sales. The ideal candidate must already possess convincing power and rebuttal skills; English alone is not enough. Key Responsibilities Handle inbound & outbound international leads (WhatsApp, Calls, Email). Convert high-value leads into sales with logic + persuasion. Negotiate confidently with B2B clients (cafés, restaurants, events). Meet and exceed monthly sales targets with base + commission. Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat orders. Requirements 3–5 years in B2B or high-ticket sales (real estate, software, signage, printing, etc). Proven ability to handle objections and close deals. Excellent written & spoken English for international clients. Confident personality, goal-driven, result-focused. Experience with CRM tools is a plus.
