This position offers a flexible hybrid work model, allowing you to conduct sessions remotely while also having the option to meet clients in our outpatient office in Abington. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments for new clients, carefully considering their unique histories, needs, and therapeutic goals.

• Establish thoughtful treatment plans in collaboration with clients, using evidence-based practices tailored to individual family dynamics and systemic issues.

• Provide psychotherapy services to a diverse clientele, including individuals, couples, and families, employing a trauma-informed approach.

• Utilize culturally responsive practices to engage clients from various backgrounds, ensuring an inclusive therapeutic experience.

• Maintain meticulous clinical documentation in compliance with all Pennsylvania regulations and organizational policies, using our electronic health record (EHR) system.

• Participate in regular team meetings and case consultations to enhance collaborative approaches to client care and professional development.

• Foster interprofessional relationships with community partners and other healthcare providers to support client needs and well-being.

Your role will involve working with a wide range of clients, including individuals navigating personal challenges, couples seeking to improve their relationships, and families addressing complex dynamics. Qualifications\n

• Possession of a current and active LMFT license in Pennsylvania is mandatory.

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field is required.

• A demonstrated understanding of systems theory and its application in therapeutic settings is essential.

• Exceptional skills in establishing rapport and navigating complex relationships with clients and families.

• Proficiency or eagerness to learn and utilize electronic health record (EHR) platforms to enhance clinical work and documentation.

Preferred Experience\n

• At least 2 years of post-graduate clinical experience is preferred; we will not be considering pre-licensed therapists for this position.

Compensation and Benefits\n

In recognition of your skills and experience, we offer a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $90,000 annually, along with performance-based incentives.
