Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments of students to identify their mental, emotional, and social needs, ensuring a holistic understanding of each individual.

• Facilitate goal setting sessions, both synchronously and asynchronously, to encourage personal responsibility and proactive management of mental health challenges.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient interactions, assessments, progress notes, and care plans within our electronic health record (EHR) system to ensure continuity of care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This position primarily focuses on serving students across various age groups in the educational setting, ranging from elementary through high school. You will be addressing an array of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, and trauma-related disorders. Your culturally competent approach will be vital in effectively engaging with students from diverse backgrounds, empowering them to navigate their educational and personal challenges.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited university.

• Active and valid state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

Compensation and Benefits\n
