Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to diagnose emotional and behavioral disorders, utilizing evidence-based practices to inform your evaluations.

• Develop, implement, and regularly update personalized treatment plans tailored to clients' individual needs and goals, ensuring documentation is comprehensive and up to date.

• Facilitate individual, couple, and group counseling sessions, employing various therapeutic techniques to address issues such as anxiety, depression, grief, and relationship challenges.

• Teach and empower clients with coping mechanisms and self-care strategies, equipping them with the tools needed to manage their mental health outside of sessions.

• Monitor and evaluate clients' progress through consistent follow-ups and assessments, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to enhance therapeutic outcomes.

• Collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and medical doctors, to ensure a holistic approach to client care and to optimize treatment success.

• Maintain accurate and confidential records of clients’ treatment progress in accordance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring that all documentation is up to date.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.

• Current state licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in Texas is mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 90,000 per year, commensurate with experience and caseload capacity.
