This role is fully remote, providing you with the flexibility to manage your work-life balance while serving a school-based clientele. You will collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for each student.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to identify clients' mental health concerns, strengths, and available resources for effective treatment planning.

• Provide a variety of therapeutic interventions, including individual, family, and group therapy, using evidence-based treatment modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed approaches.

• Design and implement individualized treatment plans that set specific, measurable goals tailored to each client's unique circumstances and therapeutic needs.

• Engage in collaborative coordination of care, working with psychiatrists, psychologists, teachers, and families to ensure cohesive support for clients.

• Deliver crisis intervention and risk assessment, implementing safety planning techniques when needed to maintain client well-being.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in alignment with ethical and legal standards to promote accountability and ensure integrated care.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions, psychoeducation classes, and support groups, creating opportunities for peer support among clients.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program.

Compensation and Benefits\n
