Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments to elucidate clients' concerns, histories, and goals, leading to the formulation of suitable treatment plans tailored for individual needs.

• Facilitate engaging one-on-one therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based counseling techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness, or Solution-Focused approaches to address client challenges.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including social workers and medical staff, to provide holistic care and ensure that clients receive well-rounded support throughout their therapeutic journey.

• Participate in regular training sessions and workshops to stay informed about advancements in mental health research, best practices, and relevant therapeutic methodologies.

• Develop and implement crisis intervention strategies when needed, offering immediate support to clients in distress and ensuring their safety and well-being.

• Maintain accurate and confidential client records, ensuring compliance with ethical practices and legal standards while utilizing our electronic medical records system.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on adults and adolescents presenting with a wide range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship difficulties. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, or a related field from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from $115,000 to $130,000 annually. In addition to competitive compensation, full-time counselors will receive a monthly healthcare stipend.
