Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our primary clientele consists of stable, low-acuity adults who are in need of mental health counseling to navigate life’s challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.

• A current state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Psychologist (PsyD).

• Ability to work independently without supervision and maintain compliance with all professional regulations.

• No history of disciplinary actions against licensure.
\n
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a genuine, empathetic approach to counseling.

• Proficiency in using technology and digital platforms for remote counseling.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and hours worked. Additionally, we provide healthcare coverage for full-time counselors, along with comprehensive insurance plans.
