This role is predominantly remote, providing flexibility while ensuring you are equipped for success. Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Tranquility Therapy Center, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments of clients to determine their mental health status and identifying any underlying issues.

• Designing and implementing individualized treatment plans that are evidence-based and culturally competent.

• Facilitating both individual and group therapy sessions, employing a variety of therapeutic approaches and modalities.

• Regularly monitoring client progress and adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure the best outcomes.

• Providing clients with practical tools, coping strategies, and resources to help manage their mental health challenges.

• Maintaining timely and accurate documentation within the EHR system, reflecting client interactions and treatment updates.

• Offering referrals to other healthcare providers when appropriate, ensuring a seamless continuum of care.

• Engaging in ongoing professional development to stay current with therapeutic practices and advancements in mental health.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily work with a diverse range of clients facing various mental health issues including, but not limited to, anxiety, depression, substance abuse, and eating disorders. You will develop a depth of understanding of the unique challenges these populations face and work to create safe, non-judgmental spaces that promote healing and growth. Your work will contribute significantly to improving the quality of life for our clients and their families.

Qualifications\n

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid license in Washington State (LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW) allowing you to practice as a mental health professional.

• A minimum of two years of relevant experience in mental health counseling or a similar role.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive salary range of $115,000 – $130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Benefits include:
