Key Responsibilities\n

As a Mental Health Therapist, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Providing high-quality mental health evaluations and diagnostic assessments to determine the appropriate treatment plans for clients.

• Creating, implementing, and revising individualized treatment plans that reflect the needs and goals of clients while adhering to company policies and best practices.

• Conducting individual therapy sessions, as well as facilitating family, couples, and group therapy sessions based on your expertise.

• Documenting all client interactions thoroughly through ongoing assessments, treatment plan reviews, and case notes to ensure seamless care delivery.

• Conducting mental health screenings and assessments to identify the specific treatment needs of each client effectively.

• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to enhance care strategies and improve patient outcomes.

• Performing any additional duties as assigned to support the mission and operations of Harmonious Companions Counseling.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will focus on a wide range of clients, including children, families, and couples, who are dealing with various mental and behavioral health challenges. You will be instrumental in addressing issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship problems. Qualifications\n

To qualify for this role, candidates must possess:

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in a relevant mental health field.

Compensation and Benefits\n
