Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough trauma-informed mental health assessments to gather comprehensive insights into patients' histories and needs.

• Design and implement individualized treatment plans that prioritize trauma recovery and resilience, utilizing an array of therapeutic approaches tailored to each client.

• Administer evidence-based therapeutic interventions including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), ensuring interventions resonate with the clients' experiences.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, focusing on helping patients process trauma, develop effective coping strategies, and cultivate a sense of empowerment.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Valid licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in Massachusetts.

• Minimum of 2 years of post-licensure clinical experience, demonstrating an understanding of trauma-related practices.
