In-Home Family Therapist - Intensive Case Support
Variety Care
VARIETY CARE INC is seeking an Intensive Safety Services therapist to provide in-home therapeutic services for at-risk families in Oklahoma. The role involves managing a small caseload, delivering evidence-based therapies, and facilitating access to community resources in a mobile, field-based environment.
You will collaborate with CHBS and partners to coordinate care, participate in crisis management when needed, and ensure documentation and credentialing requirements are met.
