Work Environment\n

This position is primarily remote, allowing for a flexible schedule that accommodates both client needs and your personal life. Our operating hours extend from 7 am to 10 pm, seven days a week, providing ample opportunity for you to align your availability with client needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations for clients, developing personalized treatment strategies that cater to each individual’s unique needs.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions for individuals, families, and couples, using modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused approaches.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records, ensuring compliance with all applicable legal and ethical standards.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related mental health field is required.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Arizona.

Compensation and Benefits\n
