Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health issues and identify their strengths and areas for growth.

• Deliver individualized, family, and group counseling sessions tailored to the unique needs and cultural backgrounds of clients.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, and family systems therapy, to support clients’ mental health goals.

• Develop and monitor treatment plans that reflect clients’ goals and interventions while adapting to progress and evolving needs.

• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, nurses, and other health professionals, to ensure a holistic approach to care.

• Provide crisis intervention services, including performing risk assessments and formulating effective safety plans.
\n
• Advocate for clients' rights while connecting them with vital community resources and offering case management support.
\n
• Engage in community outreach initiatives to promote mental health awareness and foster supportive public attitudes toward mental health care.

In this role, you will work primarily with hospice patients, their families, and support systems. Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
