Work Environment\n

This position will operate in a remote setting, allowing flexibility while still being integrally linked to a school community. With a standard work schedule from 9 AM to 6 PM, Monday through Friday, you will be free from evening and weekend obligations, promoting work-life balance. You will collaborate closely with educational staff and engage in regular communications with patients, ensuring that their mental health needs are addressed within a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to determine the mental health needs of students and families, developing tailored treatment plans that align with individual goals.

• Provide direct psychotherapy services, including individual counseling, family therapy, and group sessions that address a variety of mental health disorders.

• Function as a vital member of the multidisciplinary team, working collaboratively with educators, health center staff, and families to coordinate care and interventions.

• Monitor and manage a diverse caseload, ensuring timely evaluations and follow-ups for the students entrusted to your care.

• Facilitate crisis interventions and provide immediate support as needed, ensuring safety and well-being within the school environment.

• Educate students and their families about available community resources, including referrals for more specialized care or medication-assisted treatment as necessary.

• Implement screening for substance abuse issues and work with students on developing healthy coping strategies, guiding them towards appropriate support when needed.

This role primarily focuses on students, parents, and families within the school system. Candidates will work with a diverse population, addressing a wide array of mental health concerns from anxiety and depression to behavioral issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution, along with a current license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

Compensation and Benefits\n

In recognition of your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000 per year.
