Key Responsibilities\n

Qualifications\n

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW in the state of California.

• A minimum of two years of direct experience in a mental health counseling role, demonstrating effectiveness in therapeutic practices.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is competitive, ranging from $80,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additionally, we offer a signing bonus of up to $1,000 to welcome you to our team.
