Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments utilizing evidence-based practices to create individualized treatment plans that meet the unique needs of each client.

• Implement a variety of therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused interventions to address client challenges effectively.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring the highest standards of professionalism and ethical conduct.

• Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary treatment team, consulting regularly with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to ensure holistic care.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree or Doctoral degree in social work, marriage and family therapy, mental health counseling, or psychology from an accredited institution is required.
