Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations that accurately define clients' mental health needs. Develop individualized treatment plans based on these assessments.

• Offer a variety of evidence-based therapeutic services, including one-on-one therapy, group sessions, and family counseling, applying methods such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and psychodynamic therapy.

• Collaborate effectively with a network of healthcare providers, including case managers and psychiatrists, to ensure that our clients receive comprehensive and coordinated care tailored to their unique situations.

• Deliver immediate crisis intervention for clients experiencing acute distress, employing your expertise and sensitivity to foster an environment of safety and support.

As a Mental Health Therapist at Privia, you will work primarily with individuals from varied backgrounds, including different ethnic, cultural, and socioeconomic groups. Qualifications\n

• Possess an independent and active license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

Preferred Experience\n

While all applicants possessing the minimum qualifications will be considered, preference will be given to candidates with experience in community mental health settings, particularly those who have served underrepresented populations. This role offers an attractive salary range of USD 70,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and credentials.
