Head of Business Development

For our client, we are seeking a Head Of Business Development to join the team of a leader in the Consumer Technology space. This role will support revenue growth through customer focus, relationship development, and disciplined commercial execution. You will collaborate with sales, customer, product, and operational partners to identify opportunities, solve problems, and improve outcomes. The position offers the opportunity to strengthen market execution, customer relationships, and measurable business results within a technology-driven environment. Location: Los Angeles, CA. US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available. Compensation: $320,000 – $340,000 annually. Responsibilities Define and lead global strategic partnerships and business development strategy Partner closely with regional business development leaders Lead and develop a high-performing U.S. strategic partnerships team Provide mentorship and strategic direction for partnership execution Own the end-to-end lifecycle of strategic partnerships Lead complex commercial negotiations with senior executives Establish KPIs and performance metrics to measure partnership success Qualifications BA/BS required, MBA preferred 20+ years of relevant experience Deep knowledge and relationships within the digital, TV, and Feature Film community Excellent analytical and communication skills Proven negotiation skills and deal execution Strong ability to cultivate relationships with stakeholders Experience managing and developing high-performing teams Benefits Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance 401(k) plan Employee Purchase Program Tuition Assistance after 6 monthsPaid Time Off Student Loan Program after 6 months Wellness Incentives Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
