Working directly with leadership, you'll play a key role in shaping the go-to-market strategy and establishing the foundation for future growth. Be the first dedicated sales hire and help shape the future of the organization Work directly with company leadership and have a seat at the table Build the sales process your way, not inherit someone else's High visibility and the ability to make a measurable impact Create the foundation for a future team and influence the company's growth strategy Entrepreneurial culture with minimal bureaucracy and significant autonomy Strong compensation package with meaningful upside (OTE $160K-$180K+) Hybrid flexibility with the opportunity to spend time where relationships are built—in front of clients What You'll Own Generate and close new business opportunities Develop relationships with lenders, developers, contractors, builders, and other industry partners Build a strong network of referral sources and strategic partners Create the outreach, follow-up, and pipeline management process Develop and manage CRM and reporting systems Refine messaging and market positioning Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings Partner directly with leadership to drive growth initiatives Help define the future structure of the sales organization What We're Looking For 5+ years of successful B2B sales or business development experience A true hunter who enjoys creating opportunities from scratch Proven success selling professional, consultative, or complex services Strong relationship-building and closing skills Comfortable working independently with significant autonomy Entrepreneurial, resourceful, and highly accountable Interested in building a function—not simply inheriting one Experience in financial services, professional services, insurance, consulting, construction services, technology-enabled services, real estate, or another relationship-driven industry is welcome.
