Honor Your Emotions is seeking a dedicated and licensed mental health therapist to join our dynamic team in a fully remote capacity from Santa Clara, California. This full-time role (28 hours per week) allows licensed or closely licensed candidates to contribute meaningfully to the mental wellness of our clients. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and evaluations, utilizing established diagnostic criteria to inform treatment planning.

• Deliver individual, family, child, couples, and group therapy sessions remotely, adapting therapeutic techniques to meet the unique needs of each client.

• Document therapeutic notes, treatment plans, and progress reports accurately and promptly, adhering to legal and ethical standards.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic methodologies to facilitate successful client outcomes, adjusting techniques as required based on client progress and feedback.

• Collaborate with other mental health professionals, case managers, and external agencies to optimize client care and resources when necessary.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Clinical Psychology, or a related field (MSW or MS/MA minimum).

• Current California licensure (LMFT or LCSW) in good standing with the California Board of Behavioral Sciences (BBS).

• Registration with the California Quality Assurance Commission (CAQH) and experience with insurance panels, particularly Alameda Alliance, is a plus.

• Strong clinical assessment skills, organizational abilities, and flexibility to adapt to changing client needs.

Preferred Experience\n

While candidates with experience in a wide variety of disorders and age groups will be strongly preferred, we particularly encourage bilingual applicants (Spanish and other languages) to apply, as we provide a salary differential for bilingual capabilities. Experience working in outpatient settings and using telehealth platforms effectively will enhance your application.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 120,000 to 130,000 per year, based on qualifications and experience. Full-time employees receive comprehensive medical and dental benefits.
