Work Environment

This position is based onsite, providing care directly in the homes of our patients across Fort Lauderdale. Key Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist at Honor Physical Therapy, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough evaluations of patients to assess their physical capabilities, limitations, and specific rehabilitation needs.
• Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based methodologies tailored to each patient.
• Providing ongoing assessments and adjustments to treatment plans based on patient progress and feedback.
• Documenting patient interactions and treatment outcomes meticulously, ensuring compliance with legal and professional standards.
• Collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to optimize patient care plans and facilitate effective communication regarding patient status and progress.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily work with patients experiencing a range of functional limitations due to surgical recoveries, chronic illnesses, or age-related conditions. Qualifications

The ideal candidate must have:

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• A current state license to practice physical therapy in Florida.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, ensuring you are prepared for emergency situations.
