This is a full-time remote position designed to allow counselors to deliver their services via telehealth. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough and compassionate assessments to evaluate each client's mental health needs, identifying areas of concern and potential treatment paths.

• Collaborate with clients to establish specific, measurable, achievable, relevant, and time-bound (SMART) treatment goals tailored to their unique challenges.

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions employing evidence-based practices and a variety of therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT).

• Monitor and meticulously document clients' progress towards their treatment goals, utilizing internal systems to ensure seamless record-keeping and care tracking.

• Engage in care coordination with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers, to create a comprehensive support network for clients.

• Educate and support clients' families, helping them understand mental health processes and encouraging their involvement in the recovery journey.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse client population, including individuals, couples, and families who are facing various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in California.

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a closely related field.

• A commitment to ethical standards and confidentiality, with demonstrated knowledge of relevant laws and regulations.

Compensation and Benefits\n
